Once the tiles have dried, take a delicate towel or an old t-shirt to buff the tiles the place the grout was applied. Sometimes the grout will trigger the tiles to lose their luster or shine. If you buff the area for a few seconds with a dry fabric, the shine on the tiles should return. Working in small sections, clear the tiles with a sponge to take away any extra grout as you go. If you wait too long to scrub the tiles, the grout will dry and be tougher to take away.
